Tinubu Should Reintroduce Himself To Nigerians – Peter Obi

Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi has said President Bola Tinubu should not outsource the “sensitive” issue of his “true identity” to surrogates.

In a press conference held in Abuja, he made this known, stating, that the Nigerian president should reveal his true identity to Nigerian.

He urged Chief Tinubu to tell the nation, his true names, the school he attended, where he served, and the certificate he obtained. He must do this task once and now.

Peter Obi: “I respectfully call on Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu to reintroduce himself to the nation he governs and to the world for avoidance of further doubt.

He should let the world know his name, nationality, place of birth, parentage, primary and secondary schools attended with dates, universities attended and certificates obtained, he should indicate clearly where and when he did his NYSC.

In addition, if at anytime he had a change of name, he should state so clearly.

This is a simple task that takes only a few minutes, and requires no affidavits, prolonged court process, spokespersons, agents or surrogates.

This is a task he alone can perform through a direct statement. He must perform this task urgently in order to lay to rest any lingering doubts around his true identity”.
